Sale

2nd May 2017 at 2:30 PM

On 2nd May 2017 a number of objects of great interest will be sold at auction. This is the first session where the Berger Collection will be sold, which for its rarity and the number of items is one of the most important collections at the moment in Italy, including many Italian knives and daggers of foremost significance. There will also be many pairs of superlative pistols made by the most well-known gunsmiths, duelling cases, pairs of flintlocks and a remarkable early 19th century Neapolitan set, comprising two pistols and a gun by the same constructor as well as Spanish, French and English weapons, all of prime elegance. For the long weapons, a royal four-barrelled gun made in the Romagna region will certainly make a fine impression on our collectors. Together with a Czechoslovakian wheel-lock gun with its important decoration, rare system weapons, sabres and swords, are also present in this session of the auction.
